Here’s Bunkier: making the building accessible after the renovation

After the three-year modernisation work the Bunkier Sztuki Gallery welcomes visitors to see the renovated exhibition pavilion at 3a Szczepański Square.

Event precedes the return of exhibition activities to the main headquarters and will be accompanied
by the unveiling of a stone equivalent of a sculpture by Jadwiga Maziarska, a prominent Krakow artist. Maziarska’s works were presented at collective exhibitions at Bunkier Sztuki, for example in 1996 at
the exhibition titled Recognition: Painting of the 90s. Moreover, her works appeared at the show Body Versus Matter: In the Circle of the Krakow Group organised by the Gallery, which took place at the turn
of April and May 2000 at the Polish Institute in Düsseldorf. The artist was a frequent guest of the
Krakow meetings as well.

At the same time, it will be the only opportunity to visit the renovated building before its official opening.

We also invite you to the first room to see a surprise film.
