Discounts and entitlements resulting from decisions of other authorities to which the following people are entitled:
- holders of the Big Family Card, Krakow Family Card 3+ are entitled to a 60% discount on normal and discounted tickets;
- holders of the Krakow Card are entitled to a 20% discount on normal and discounted tickets;
Journalists and artists taking part in the exhibition are asked to report this fact at the ticket office.
Ticket issued to holders of valid proof of eligibility for discounts.
In case of mixed groups, the tickets issued will include respectively discounted tickets and special tickets for those eligible.
